Milky Candle and dead batteries

My alarm system was installed about nine years ago, and the CR123s in the wireless sensors were starting to run out. So, I swapped out every battery in the system over the weekend (and had 4 CR123s to spare!) Most of them read 0% on my ZTS Mini battery tester. Just for a lark, I installed two "dead" CR123s in my Milky Candle. That was at 2:00 PM on Saturday afternoon. 54 hours later, the MC2 is still running on high. Talk about a battery vampire.

If you are looking for a good emergency light for the home and have any CR123s laying around (apparently even dead ones are good), I highly recommend you pick up a Mily Candle if you can.

Funny I got 2 of these in just today! :twothumbs

I got one with the same Cree 5mm that's in the Mako and the very last Kingbright orange Milky is ever going to sell (it's an honor to have it) and in the other there is a Rebel 100 and some different orange 5mm.

I like them! :D
