Left to right:

A special Aleph 3 head, containing an MC-E emitter in a 37mm LOP reflector. The converter is 3-stage, high/low/strobe, in that order. I moved the reflector and pill from the original cheap Chinese light, and press-fit it into the Aleph 3 head. Stock bezel ring.

Runs on a single Li-Ion cell, and I've used all of them successfully.
