The Leatherman LGX200 is a fine light, but lacks a pocket clip. The pocket clip from a River Rock 1AA Luxeon 1 watt flashlight fits the Leatherman LGX200 as both lights are about the same diameter.
As an added bonus, the pocket clip makes the LGX200 easier to grip. Without the clip, the flashlight used to slip through my hand when I pressed the stiff tail cap switch.
