Trying to examine/repair a scratch, I unscrewed the very top ring of my tigerlight that holds the lens.

Trying to screw the ring/lens assy back on, the O-ring keeps popping out, not allowing me to get full tightness again. I have to back-off screwing the lens down or the O-Ring sticks out.

How do you ever get the lens screwed back on completely, and not destroy the washer?

it's a real pita to get back in. use your fingernail around the bezel as you tighten a little at a time.

it would be a good idea to replace the lexan with a high quality glass lens from flashlightlens.com they include a better o-ring with the lens, it's easier to get the bezel screwed back down with the o-ring they provide.
