I need a single cell (AAA, 123, or even button cells OK) that is LESS
THEN 75mm in length and has at least 2 outputs with a low of no more
then 10 lumens and a high of, whatever.

I have searched and the smallest clicky I could find was the Incedio,
which I have, and love. It's about 75mm long, but I need one even
shorter.

It can have any type of emitter, and I don't care about the finish, but
it needs to have a hole for putting a stainless steel ball chain on it so
I can wear it around my neck.

Can someone help? Is there such a light?

You might consider a Photon ReX. Surprisingly bright and variable output down to probably about 1 lumen. Bit of an oddball with its charging system, but a neat light. Also, if there's any way you could stand 5 or 6 extra millimeters in length the LiteFlux LF3XT is one sweet light, too.

This light is a twisty instead of a clicky but I'll throw it out there anyway:

Fenix P1D CE

71mm in length and has a lanyard attachment at the rear. Very bright for it's size at 180 lumens and is currently my edc. Great light.

You can check it out at fenix-store or 4sevens.

Yep, I have a LF3XT and a Fenix D10, both are too big!!
I have never heard of Photon ReX, who makes it?

The Photon ReX is made by LRI (the Photon light people). Do a search for ReX for more talk than you'll want to read. Most flashlight dealers sell them (CFRlights is a good one) and some stores like REI.
