I placed an order with batteryjunction.com for 12 titanium innovations CR123A cells. They arrived today and I tested the voltage of all of them. One measures 2.71v, 3 measure 3.15v, and the rest are all 3.25+.

Should I return the 4 "faulty" batteries? Just forget about it?

What would you do?

Thanks,
Bryan

You should first off- ask battery junction the same question. I have found that almost all dealers who are on CPF to be honorable, and most anxious to solve any problems.
Many use a ZTS battery tester. It puts a load on the battery, and gives a much better test- than an open voltage check.

I put them in my inova xo3. All 4 were significantly less bright than the other 8. I'll email battery junction.

Thanks,
Bryan
