Streamlight Luxeon Task-Lights, are they shipping?

The other day I got email which I lost somehow, that those were in stock.
Did anybody get it?

P.S. Is it right to assume 5W Streamlights are due this summer? I can't find anything on their site, though I saw few msgs mentioning them
