Problems with Novatac Support! Need help!!!

Hello!

A few months ago my Novatac 120 doesn't work anymore.

I wrote an E-Mail to the Novatac-Support and they anwsered me, that
they will replace it with a new unit. I talked to a person called Jesse Sullivan, 5 weeks ago he told, that it will last again 4 weeks, when they
will have the replacementunit back in stock. After that time i tried several
times to contact Jesse, but he does not anwser after several e-mails.
Now i am waiting for mor than one week, and really dont know what to do?! :thinking: :thumbsdow

May you guys help me? Does anyone know that person?

Hello Toby....

I would suggest you first continue efforts to work this out in private between yourself and the dealer. In the grand scale of production these days one week over is common and this may eventually work out for the best if given time.

I would also suggest if you have attempted every other option you may continue this in the jeers section as this topic really does not belong in the LED section. Before doing so make certain you have proper cause to post any jeer and again good luck with your problem.

I am not going to move this to the jeer section as again it is up to you to decide if you want to present your thoughts there however I am going to close this thread to avoid any unrelated issues in the LED section. Thanks again and good luck.
