Solarforce vs. Lumapower

There's two flashlights that im interested in using the p7, one is the solarforce claiming 950 lumens at 90 minutes for $90 from lighthound.com and the other is the lumapower claiming 700 lumens at 90 minutes of runtime for $170 from batteryjunction.com. The lumapower has 3 levels of brightness and the solarforce has 2 modes. Both have anodized coating but the lumapower claims it has t7 aircraft aluminum im guessing the solarforce has t6 because of it's lower cost. Which flashlight is better in your opinion?
