Leaving civilisation as we know it... Destination Prague, or Praha as it's known by it's inhabitants...

Right wing Europe?

There are ways and ways to park your pink T34 tank..

Boats are always fun.

They have strange houses!

Segway rules. Unless you try to go down stairs with it!

Tourist crowds are best when you are a detached observer.

With refreshments of course!

Strange lights they have!

That bridge is best at night from a distance.

Prague by night.

They have strange clocks, we were always up the wrong hours! Never got it.

Electric women dancing on buildings.

Great fun! We had a place where we used to drink coffe drinks and take a break! Just minutes after this pic riot police made their monthly? visit to the place. The three guys are Swedes looking for lo*e.

In a bad situation it's always a good plan to just chill (and consider your options). Prague Zoo.

Public transport in Prague is extremely efficient. The brit/german myth come true.

Wow, nice pics, seems like you had a really great vacation.

Made me add another place to the list of those I would like to visit sometime.

Fantastic pics! Thank you so much for sharing those.

If things go well, I'll be in Vegas in Oct. '09. Will try to take some pics.

Great pics Stefan, makes me want to visit.

Haven't seen much of Europe outside of England so far, would definitely like to see more. Our 2009 vacation was back to Costa Rica this past January. Here's one little cutie I snapped in a rainforest:

An (appropriately-named) eyelash pit viper sunny himself on a tree branch. :)

Hope all is well - haven't seen much of you lately, but then again I haven't been venturing too far outside of the review forum. Hope the mods are going well!

Those are some nice pictures. Thanks for sharing. I'm hoping to get my family out on a vacation to visit relatives in Scandanavia in a year or so. As for Prague and other European locations, maybe I'll make it there too someday. :)

Reminds me of my visit to prague last year. Great place, still got some of that eastern bloc feel about it.

Sounds like you had a great time!!!

Wish I was travelling rather than working :(

selfbuilt, that's a good looking snake.

Seaside,
because my wife would break my arms if she learned that I had published an uncensored pic of her in a flashlight community!

And yes, we had a great time. The zoo was a bit of a disappointment with cramped living spaces for the animals, we saw some really psychotic behaviour from the polar bears and owls! The zoo had been invaded by opportunistic ducks, mallards. In almost all open enclosures there were mallards fighting for food with both chimps and penguins. We saw a young gorilla actually feeding a mallard, it was an impossible angle so I couldn't get a shot.

We were lucky, the weather was great the whole time we were there.

I took a second (pico in size this time, over the weekend) vacation to the land of 850 nm, moose, dirty dogs and pollen. The Ir shots were tricky. Not fixed in any way, just resized.
