Fenix PD20 holder recommendation

I've owned my PD20 for about 5 months. I use it as a backup flashlight to my Streamlight Ultra Stinger while at work. I need a replacement holder as the original holder has not held up to duty use. I would like to get a kydex holder. I would prefer something that uses a narrow belt attachment as I'm running out of space on my duty belt. I would prefer to not have to send my PD20 with my order. Does anyone have a recommendation for either a holder that will work or a kydex maker?
