Hi, i'm new to modding. I have a standard 3D Mag and I want to make it much brighter but with very little cost. I was thinking of 9x AA cells and a better bulb. Is this the way to go?

What is the max wattage bulb that can be used with the standard reflector?

Also any suggestions on the bulbs? Would i have to order a 2 pin holder from the USA?

The standard reflector is rated up to 10watts and I don't have any suggestions on them (I'm not much of an incan guy).

The generally accepted rule is 10 watts. An ROP low is about 11 watts and does not require a bi pin adapter, but it only needs 6 or 7 AAs to run - 9 is too much.
