First ever, triple CREE XP_E P-60 drop ins for sale.
These R2 models should be around 600 lumens.

Are the optics able to be changed by us, the users? Or is the one we order the one we are stuck with?
I like the spot and then medium frosted if I can interchange.
If interchangable, what is the cost of an additional optic?

The optics will be assembled with 3 drops of silicone glue on the legs.
this could be removed and replaced by you.
(Driver will be potted with a thermal silicone, Arctic Silver beneath leds, This will allow easier disassembly than an epoxy.)
modify at your own risk

I do not have a quick change system set up yet.

You would need to see which one you like best and glue it in.
If you would like, I will sell you one with the optics loose.

I will supply extra optics for $8 each

Will this fit and work in an old aluminum Surefire P6? The 16850 does not fit in the light are there other options?

The "neck" for SF weaponlights has a different interior profile vs. SF Classic handheld tubes. That's why the solid body Malkoffs often need a fitting ring to make electrical ground contact. Can you verify that your heat sink shape works reliably with weaponlight tubes? Does the driver cavity have a little ledge or stop where the board can sit so that it doesn't get pushed in any farther under pressure from the battery stack?

I will verify the fit when it is received.
If needed, I can have some customized to fit.

The driver does sit on a ledge, and it is fully potted.
