Surefire 6p led Defender question

I bought one of these a week ago and just now noticed if I strike my hand lightly with the strike bezel there's a slight vibration that seems to come from the head area. At first I assumed maybe it was some kind of shock absorber for the LED, but there's nothing in the feature list at Surefire to indicate so - and I'd think such a feature would be listed...

So does anyone around here know if that's the case or not?

Tried searching a LOT for info about this and haven't found anything...

Its the springs on the LED module that make electrical contact to the battery and housing. Its a non issue.
