Nitecore extreme "Low" stopped working

I have a 2 mo. old extreme and when I twist the top it does not go to low anymore. I tried 3 different batteries (rechargeable and non) and no joy.

4sevens has yet to respond to multiple emails. Any ideas?

On edit I went back and RTM and figured out what I did wrong. Thanks for asking me a question that woke my brain up.

General mode might be set to high. Try reprogramming it back to low.

Maybe the "low" mode is now programmed to be bright?

Try reprogramming the low mode.

hmmm.... all i can say is try the low/custom mode activation a couple of times to see if it will adjust high or low. also try cleaning the contacts too. if not, hope 4-7's can help you.

If your still having problems or do in the future if 47's don't respond to your first e-mail give them a call their very nice people and very helpful.
