Hello, I figured (actually bucken suggested) that a thread be started to discuss the uses of Bantex (which can be purchased here ) would be useful, so here one is.

Possible uses so far:
<ul type="square">
[*]fingers wrap
[*]attach splints to fingers
[*]support wrap for fingers & toes
[*]overwrap bandages
[*]holding small dressings
[*]taping cords together
[*]stake plants
[/list]

Used mine for securing my phone headset to the passenger visor. Acting as a stop really.
Caution this is great stuff!
When you use some fold some back on itself so you can find it next time /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
This is not tacky or gummy at all it clings to itself. And boy does it cling.

I've wrapped several of my twist on lights with it, it's a lot easier and grips better.
I've used it to hold cd cases together cause it doesn't leave a residue.
I wrapped some around the cats tail, he doesn't like it at all /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif but it was fun to watch him work it off.
On a serious note my vet uses the stuff all the time cause you can remove the tape without your pets hair.
