I have been looking for a bright led tourch that uses only two or tree C cell batterys....but cant find any but the dim bulbs. HELP :sick2:

hello the tesco c cell led torch very bright very cheap (less than £10 ) and comes complete with alkaline batteries . A nice sized torch got one myself use it as my dog walking torch so if the dog loses it no big deal. Cliff

oopps I forgot to ask for ones that run Q5's or equivelent....1 watt?
I want to get at least 3 hour run time with 200 lumins and wide beam.
Am I asking for too much?
I know it's possible to run a Q5 on three volts because I have a small Rominsen tourch that uses 2 AA's... even if it was custom rigged by Shining Beam.com

Life+Gear sells a 3 cree led light rated at 360 lumens by the manufacturer. It's being sold through Costco or Walgreens. It runs on 3 x C batteries. It's bright but not "360 lumens" bright.

I belive Mag has one in their pipeline that should be out soon with a rebel LED and multiple modes.
