I want to equip my bike with a small LED flashlight and eventually a bigger extern LiIon battery. So I'm in search of a small (<3in/10cm) torch with 3 modes (preferably less if possible) that is waterproof/-resistable.
Other criteries are: price (under 40$), light/battery ratio (it should be able to last a while in the minimum mode)
Recommendations are welcome! Thank you in advance.
