Sombody test Legend LX tailcap in TL1 &2L PLEASE!

Since they are both 123a lights, could someone test to see if the threads are the same on the Streamlight 1L and 2L Tasklights and the Brinkmann Legend LX!?!?

I mean, both are a 123A battery, right!

Sounds like it'd be an interesting experiment though, as the Legend LX does have a decent switch.

Correct, they will not fit - The Xenergy tailcap is the same as the 1L and 2L. When I got the Xenergy I had the same idea - I was going to have McGizmo bore out the Xenergy tailcap and thread it for the Legend LX tailcap. Instead we decided to bore it out and put in a kroll.

As I said before, the Xenergy tailcap fits the 1L and 2L, so I now have a Kroll tailcap switch on any one I decide to move it to. There could be a real market for these, but McG. is busy with other projects and has no time for other mods IIRC. Perhaps someone else would care to take up the challenge???
