Whitewall hunting with MCE or P7

IYHO, out of all the quad emitters or even 6 diode emitters which light has the smoothest beam? I am talking no donuts. I have a couple in mind(ACE and L950) but I would like to know what others have comparable output and beam patterns.

The donut is going to change depending on the reflector you use.

Looking for very little dark spot and medium to long range throw.

My Malkoff MCE M60 has a nice smooth beam, but it is all flood.

I just got a P7 drop in from Nailbender and I am very pleased with the quality of beam and the throw. I also have a MG PL1 with an MC-E that I am not as happy with. My vote would be for the P7.

agreed. you can focus the donut out of a mag reflector. or use one of those ledil optics made for the p7. boom-s
