There is a thread in LED forum about a solar powered light called a "Solar Forever Light"

Well I did a google search on "Forever Light" and came up with this interesting little light. Aparently it has some type of battery in it that has a shelf life of 25 years, but must be activated with water. From the examples they give I think the water needs to contain salt...sad thing about the light is sure it's got that, uhh, interesting battery system but the beam is probably terrible!

unless your a cpf'er you don't have a light in just about every pocket, pouch and backpack so the light has it's own little spot in the flashlight universe.

LOCO is more like it.
I supposed you'd be best off keeping that little wonder in a zip-lock for fear of a spill of some sort activating it. Maybe the "salt" deal is to prevent condensaction from activating it? Hmmm.

There *is* something ultimately intriguing about a light that you are supposed to pee on.

Cool!
A light I can throw in the toilet to make it come on.
