This is my newest kit, Being ran by one 14500 (AA 3.6v) battery and a Flex Drive V4, it's much smaller than my previous coleman builds. It features a tail clicky switch which REALLY DOES feel solid. The heatsink is built spec for this host featuring one 6-32x3/32 set screw (same as Dark_Horse heatsinks).

The flex drive is preset to your desired current so there is no worry about messing with test loads and pots.

The kit DOES NOT include a laser diode or collimating housing.

This looks interesting. Will the modwerx housing fit into the end of it, or does it only accept the raw diode?

Yes it will, Modwerx uses the Aixiz module for it's housing which is 12mm. The heatsink was actualy made for the aixiz module as that is the most common module used

Thanks. I'm seriously considering a pre-order as a host for one of Modwerx's violet laser modules.

preorders will probably be shipped before july 10th, i've just set that date for when i will have full stock, as of right now i just have 3 available.

They make awesome lasers though, and they work great for fireworks.....better than using a punk!

only thing i've sold here was a batch of like 80 cree x-lamp LED's and reflectors from those coleman max flashlights
