I have a Sweet 3D flamed Maglite that is set up as a Mag85. I would like to use a Malkoff Dropin in this light....

What do I have to do to the light to accomodaste this?

Right now this thing uses the Bi-pin WA1185 bulbs...

Thanks!

I have a 3D set up with a Malkoff Triple, and the principle is probably the same for electrical contact. I would say that you need the stock switch which includes the pedestal. Might be good to buy another 3D.

Bill,
How many cells are you running in the Malkoff Tripple?

I have mine running on 4 C NiMH cells (rated up to 5.5v) and I just aquired a IC mag hosts where I run 1 IMR C cell.

Back to the OP...

What Malkoff Drop-in are you going to run?

Re Triple, am using 3D NiMh. Tried 4C's and it gets super hot fast.
