Hi all , i am new to this forum, also new to the world of incan. I currently have a solarforce l2 running an R2 bin led direct drive with 1x 18650 /Imr-9 drop in with a few other dx light. What is the next brightest drop in or mod that fits in the solarforce l2 host.

I do not mind short runtime, just wanted a "showoff" light with a huge amount of output. I also want to stick to the d26 form factor and i do not mind running 2x18650 as i currently have one.

Also where can i find a twisty tailcap for the l2 host to handle the hight current. I have also ordered the FM d26 sunlight module.

What is the max lumen output i can achieve with a D26?

Thanks:p

There is a Cree MC-E LED 3-Mode 410-Lumen Drop-in Module available from KD, DX or from most of the Solarforce dealers.

Also is there anything brighter than wa1111 powered by 2x IMR16340 in a FM D26 sunlight? Config up to 2x18650 is acceptable.

The Surefire P91 with 2 IMR 16340 cells will give you over 450 out the front tested and confirmed lumens while the P91 with 2 IMR 18650 cells is king at over 470 out the front. See MrGmans sticky for details.

1x 18650 /Imr-9 drop in

Maybe i'm mis-reading this, but it seems like you're saying 1 cell powering your Lumens Factory IMR drop-in.
That's way underpowered.
"IMR-9 Special High Output 7.4V, 500 Lumens Special High Output Reflector Module (For 2 x IMR Batteries D26 Series Flashlights)"

Also, I'm sure you are, IMR cells are required for maximum output.
pick up a turbo head, since you mentioned you already have the cell extender, you could do:
"IMR-13 Special High Output 13V, 1000 Lumens Special High Output Lamp Assembly (For 3 x IMR Batteries D36 Flashlights)"

Furthermore, as you're going to be getting the FM sunlight, why don't you play with what's in the sales thread?
