ANYONE KNOW THE BEST LED ?????

Hey folks
I'm in desperate need for some good advice ….:sigh:
I'm a flashaholic just like the rest of you… but kinda out of the loop since my MTE P7 900 lumen flashlight….
Everyone at my work loves this light, and a few went and got the same one.
Well the glass lens busted and I need a new light…
PLUS I need to have the best flashlight at work….ha-ha
Not looking to spend the money on a HID, I have a cheap-o 24w HID and not to impressed.
IM LOOKING FOR THE BEST LED FLASHLIGHT I CAN GET( AROUND $200+/- )………BUT GONNA NEED YOUR GUYS EXPERANCE TO GUIDE ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION…
I'm looking for :
LOTS OF LUMENS +++++
MUST HAVE GOOD THROW ……LESS SPLASH
GOOD = BATT. LIFE/ RUN TIME
AND SIZE
I'm sure that's what most people are looking for but these are a few I'm looking at
Elektro Lumens EDC-P7
UlraFire RL-2088 18W Osram*6 LED 1200LM</SPAN>
UltraFire WF-1300L SSC-U2*7 LED 1300LM
Are any of these worth the money and what im looking for???
Also the RL-2088 comes in 18W ...... and I seen a 15W ???

18w = 1200 lumen but 180min run time
15w = 1300 lumen but 60min run time
Does anyone know the difference????
Sorry to bother you folks with my problems, but I kinda need help with this one sooooo many led's out there my head is spinning

I'm not trying to disuade you from buying a new light, but I have an MTE P7 and was looking at spare lenses on DX. They have some that look like they'd fit (33mm) in packs of 10 for about $3 if you'd like to fix it as a spare.

Edit: Looks like the lens is actually 34mm, but 33mm would probably still work.

:thumbsup: the brightest ≠ the best.
For $200,you can get one 35W HID flashlight,which is brighter than all the led lights you mentioned. I have no idea what exactly do u want? Brightest Led light with long runtime? It really hard to find one. For 1000-1500 lumen led lights,lasting for 1 hour is just enough, i think.

Based on what you have indicated I'd say that the Jetbeam M1-X or Eagletac M2X or Sunlite 16W are all lights that you could consider.

I would read reviews on these lights (which are readily available in the Reviews Section) to aid your decision
