I have a non-milled SS Saruth M1T with DB917/SSC-P4 Light Engine.
Its set up with the extender for 2 CR123s or 2 RCR123s.

It can also be used without the extender with 1 RCR123 but the position of the McClicky in the tailcap needs to be changed for this.
