LED Lenser P5 help needed

I just checked my LED Lenser P5 and there is lint inside the head, i'm thinking it may have gotten in through those holes on the head when i focus the beam.

Question is, how do i get it out?

u can unscrew the head. you should see a thin line around the middle of the head which is where u unscrew it from.

once youve done that u can get access to the led and optic lens.

Theres a plastic retaining ring that you can also unscrew using needle nose pliers(i used a pair of dividers) which holds the optic in place with a plastic tube.(thats if you need to take it apart that far!)

I took mine apart to put gitd o-rings inside!

But i doubt the dust actually affects the output...i'm pretty sure mine has dust inside as well but there's also dust outside on the lens which is impossible to keep clean as it seems like a dust magnet.
