You possibly saw it from one postings under flashlight collections. It is my understanding that this light has never shown or marketed before I acquired it.

Hi Rich,
I purchased several lights from John, and he never mentioned that you were responsible for the outstanding work you performed on the S27. If I would have known the history, it would not be on the BST.

Well... That was quite a surprise! I didn't mean to derail a sales thread. I just thought the new "would be" owner might like some history. I was going to do the same to mine but I never finished it. So... that is the one and only to date.
