Diagram for a solar battery charger?

I have an assortment of palm-size or smaller solar panels, some of which put out 4V.

I want to build a nice multi-cell charger. One for AA, AAA, D, & 9v. Mebbe another for 14500 and RCR123's.

Auto shutoff would be sweet. Maintenance charge even sweeter.

Anyone seen any good plans or schematics?

I don't have much to add, but a "maintenance charge" would be a bad idea for lithium-ion cells.
