Free bump.

These are nice bodies! I finally got me a black collared one. The TnC tailcaps match nicely with these unlike the Aleph tailcaps. Wish I was still around when Brian offered these. I want me a HA-Nat one too!

Good luck with the search!

Thanks for your support darkzero!

I'm surprised that there aren't more of these being produced! Such a great addition to your e-series collection!

Oh man, do you realize Mirage_man was charging only $70 each in that thread?
I didn't know these existed so I bought a titanium TBSB for like $400!

I too am shocked more of these haven't been made...anybody got a lathe? =o]

This is a great tube!

My current favorite configuration is with a Malkoff/VME head holding an M30 drop-in, and a Surefire Backup tail clicky with a Moodoo Ti tailcap shroud.

It's got huge runtimes, and a slim form factor.

Very cool donn,
don't forget, that's Ti.
:D

So, there is a market for the E-18650 body...

I was dreaming of this as I fell asleep last night...

Right you are. I just got some SS bezel rings, and am perpetually confused.

The key, I think, to the usefulness of this tube is the split-body function.

Nice TB
are those your parts?

OK,
I'll try not to hijack this.

But I will say that I will look into this some more.

While I research these, euroken, I will let you know if I find one that is available.

Tb invented the 18650 E-series split body. Mirage man got TB's consent to make a run of a 100 pieces. It then took Mirage Man 1 year to sell them!

Thank you for the details mac.

I am considering some 1 piece slim Ti 18650 bodies with a McClicky that can tailstand,

...or a possible 2 piece setup, and I would certainly discuss with the masters first.

I haven't found a loose body for sale yet...

I sketched one up and when I get the time might make a few in Titanium. The body has to be a 2 piece design as the E-Series ends are smaller diameter that the 18650 cell.
