I bought 3 ultrafire 14670 battery from lighthound and they work great with my L4. However my L2 will not light up 
does anyone here know why?

Please help...rechargeable 14670 works in Surefire L4 but not L2...

Is the battery a flat-top ?
Does the L-2 have a polarity protection ring?
Some lights can't use flat top batteries.
Or it may be a current draw issue.
I don't have an L-2 .....so I'm not sure ... guessing.

I had an L2 that I ran these cells in, and the battery required a small magnet attached to the positive side (only about 3-4 mm tall) in order to make contact with the spring in the L2 head. This was because the button on the positive side of the 14670 wasn't tall enough to make good contact. Give that a shot, I'm pretty certain that's your problem.
