Battery: any 18650, protected or not.
Reflector: Metal Orange peel.
Lens: Sapphire crystal
Beam pattern: Perfect hotspot, no more donut or dark cross.
Change mode by switching off & on with reverse clicky.
Material: Aluminium

SST-50 current checked from Li-ion 18650 2400mA negative terminal:
4.18V current draw 0.09A, 0.78A, 2.75A
4.08V current draw 0.08A, 0.63A, 2.3A

The Unscientific estimation:
Battery full should : 5%~44lm, 30%~260lm, 100%~700lm.

Are you saying that you might build some of these for the new SST-50? If so would it be possible to just order the inner parts to go with the light I got from you on the 3rd run? I absolutely love this light, but not fond of the dark center that the MC-E produces. The new reflector I got from you smooths it out, but reduces the output. If the lumen output from the SST-50 is similar then I would definitely want one! I have a SST-90 P60 drop-in from nailbender and love the beam quality of it. I would assume the SST-50 would be similar since it is a single large die.

sprinkle, I have to test it first. They are not easy to get as MC-E.
SST-50 mainly improve the beam pattern, no more dark cross in small reflector.
Everything is possible. Will let you know later.

The sample of SST-50 is the lowest bin could get right now.
THe brightness is less or same compare to MCE.
But it surely improve the dark center beam pattern. No more dark spot.
