Other than the almost unobtainable Spy00X series of lights, and one of the EagleTac's w/ 18650 batteries, does anyone know of a LED light with 2AA or 2CR123A's in a parallel (side-by-side) configuration?

I'm thinking it might be more pocketable. (Of course it depends on your pockets and the impression you're trying to leave.)

I've tried using our handy dandy search engine but I've come up with zip.

Thoughts?

Mucho Thanks.

Don't laugh but most handgun lights fit that description. I'm designing one now that uses 2 teenie tiny LiIon batteries in over/under configuration.
Search under: InsightTechnologies, Glock, Streamlight, Laser Devices.

The OP was asking about parallel configuration cells. The lights you quote are configured with cells in series.

I think UK (UnderwaterKinetics) makes a side by side 2AA LED light.

Thanks Regulator for the suggestion but it doesn't appear that UK has a 2AA parallel config in their product lineup. They do, however, have multiple 4AA versions.

After a longer stint abusing the search engines I have come up with:
Pelican VersaBrite Deluxe Flashlight (appears to be older model incan)

Streamlight Sidewinder Tactical Flashlight
(high zoot but a little large)

Princeton Tec Sport Flare SF-20P
(Maybe replace the PR4 incan bulb with ? LED)

Maybe I'm just dreaming of finding yet another "perfect light"...
or at least perfect for now, for some as yet unconceived scenario where the perfect flashlight saves the day.
(sounds like bad daytime TV drama but likely a recurring dream for CPF'ers)

Thanks for the suggestions.
