I sent one of my D10 to Nitecore Guangzhou office few weeks back to be fixed, still under warranty.
It was so hot after minutes running on high then flickered and dimming.
Today, it arrived back home. Opened the box put freshly charged eneloop, turned it on high just to find up the problem is still there. Still running very hot. Try to run it from PS, it drew more than 2 amp on 1.2 volt ! Dunno what they fixed.

Seems they changed the bottom part (is that transistor ?). Not a nice soldering job.
The LED
Dunno what cause that black spot, overheat ? Wasn't there went I bought it. I only noticed it before I sent back to Nitecore.

I emailed their office and she said she will send a new one tomorrow.
The Lady (Katrina) in CS responds very quick to any incoming email.
