I bought two Mr11 quads sometime last year from Cutter's. They were listed as narrow and at the time were supposed to be 8 degrees I believe. They had two listed a wide and a narrow I really don't remember the advertised beam degrees.

The optics were diffused, and gave approximately a 25 degree beam. If you want a tight beam this is not the way to go. Waiste of money and shipping.

They do fit well in a standard Mr11 housing without the need to smooth the edges and don't wobble around. They seat well on the Cree R2 dome but do not snap on.

Dam that's a shame, 25 deg you say? Blimey.

Really im looking for tightest beam possible from a mr11 quad optic, and it absolutely has to be a a quad mr11 not individual optics or reflectors.

Cutters site does actually state 4 deg......

Ideas?
