OK I am a PA state car inspection mach. I got a meter for the brightness of the headlight which the state said I need because the new headlights are discoloring and need to be state min. brightness, Now for my question the meter I got reads in KILOCANDLELIGHT POWER is there anyway to figure out how convert it to candlelight power the meter read 0,20,30,40 and so one the state law in Pa here is 7500 candlelight power for low beams and 10,000 for high.
