Inova 24/7 special at Fry\'s

In todays paper in Dallas Fry's has the Inova 24/7 for $39.99, I haven't really looked at these before so I don't know what they normally sell for. Is that a good price?

Not really sure if it's a good price or not (Brightguy's also at $40), but I'd rather drive to Frys (being close to one) and grab one (and be able to return it if it's DOA), rather than pay shipping (maybe even tax also) for it and lose the benefits of time and convenience of return as well...
