SureFire EB1 Backup and Jetbeam Jet-II PRO are pretty darn good options.
If you check out Selfbuilt's 1xCR123 review, I believe the Nitecore SR3 has the best throw for now, followed closely behind by Jetbeam II Pro.
Also one of my all time favorites but the Jet-II's (CR123 lights) haven't been available. I guess the II's were dropped a while back but I can't remember why.

You can also consider Neo's SPARTANIAN but that's quite expensive ...

Sacredfire NF-007 , Throws real well for $10 , might be the best thrower I own .
