**Where\'s the LS 1AA Power Pack w/tail switch?

Where's the LS 1AA Power Pack w/tail switch?
The 1AA Power Pack would not be bright but AA batteries are everywhere and inexpensive. The LS would still be a small size with a 1AA Power Pack.

Would you guys buy a 1AA Power Pack?

there used to be a 1aa powerpack, but the new curcuits don't support that low of voltage /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I don't think you'll want to use one anyways if you could help it... The light produced is kind'a sickly... Size may not matter in that case if output's too dim...

The output with the AA pack on my LS is enough for most tasks and it also happens to be the longest lasting. It is however noticeable dimmer than the other 2.

I would like to see support for it again.....
