This is my only flashlight that had a name. I named it Phoenix.
I was drawn by its ornate exquisite beauty which I thought would make a perfect pair with Mr. Bulk's Brass Dragon. (In old Chinese story, the Phoenix & Dragon are a pair). Now that I am giving up on the Dragon hunt, this beauty is for sale.
I have no idea how old this is & who make it. It has a box with no cover & logo or anything. It's got 3 stones on the ornate decoration body & gold in color. Feels heavy for it's size ~ 3". The reflector looks like aluminum but I don't know for sure.
The original bulb runs on 1 AAA wasn't very bright. I did a mild "hot wire"upgrade to a 2.5V/430mA micro bulb, Slightly over driven using 10440. Not overly done, as tail cap measures actual current of 0.5A.
I frosted the bulb to give it a nice beam. To turn it on & off, you turn the head loose = on like Mag Solitare.
Comes with one 10440 Li-ion battery.

The Phoenix on left (Looks yellow next to Tank 007 6500K but it's whiter than Solitare (4000K),I am estimating the Phoenix is aroud 5000K. Doesn't look that yellow by itself, It's my P&S camera playing auto-white balance tricks.
It's ncertainly not as bright as Cree LED light but it's useful amount of light unlike the solitare & it's High CRI nice looking beam.
