Can the LED in an ARC AAA be changed?

I would to have an ARC AAA with a near UV LED. Is this a simple easy to do mod? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

No from what I've seen in other posts, disassembling an Arc AAA is quite difficult. Plus you trash your white Arc AAA to get the UV one. You might as well just buy a UV one to begin with.

meridiantactical appears to have the UV arc AAA in stock, and chris is a great guy to deal with. he'll ship it to you even if you're not in the US /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Vicomptel.com also has them (US$30). That's where I got mine. I don't know for sure if Cyrus has them in stock at the moment, though ...
