Per a telecon with one of their technical types about 14 years ago, the specs for the AA MM bulb are: .30A at 2.30V and output of .37MSCP [converts to 4.65 lm].
The AAA MM bulb is .125A at 2.30V and output of .15MSCP [1.9 lm]. Design life at rated conditions for each is 20 hours. I don't know if there have been any changes since then.
