Currently I have:

D10 (1AA)
ROV sportsman xtreme (1AA) coming
E01 (1AAA)
iTp A3 (1AAA)

Now I am looking for the best 2AA to finish it up.

I already read the reviews from selfbuilt and narrowed down to these:

TK20 -- big head, great throw, durable
P10A2 -- in selfbuilt review, he said this is the current max output king
P100A2 -- from looking at the step down exposure... it seems to have the strongest/brightest hotspot.

Which one do you guys recommend?

Thanks guys.

P20A2. Or go for the ITP A6 Polestar if you can deal with more cells.

TK20 no question. Many 2xAA lights are quite similar. You have a D10, so it's not a huge leap to imagine a D20, therefore not a huge leap to imagine many other 2xAA lights. The TK20 at least offers something different in the warm tint.

Liteflux LF3XT with the 2xAA battery tube
Got this myself. Use it as 2xAA with over discharge protection for NiMH, then switch over to the 1xCR123 tube and change the ODP to CR123 protection.
Beautiful tint, awesome interface, super-versatile.

TK20's quite a thrower but it's a whiner on Boost. If you can live with the whine it's a nice light also.

I was leaning toward the TK20... but bansuri said it whines... I hate whiner...

Sorry, I don't know how to do multi-quote.

Quark seems nice as well...

I currently also have a RC-C6 w/ 2AA extension tube (Thanks Niconical). It throws great and have a nice even flood. But some might think it's not a superior brand and might not be reliable after a few drops.

You're welcome :)

As for the RC-C6, and other Romisens, there are members who carry them daily, particularly the ever popular RC-N3. They've taken plenty of abuse and held up very well. Romisen are budget lights, no argument there, but they fill that role well and reliably.

But the N3 does not have a "wobbly" head like the C6 does.

Re: Last buy of the year.

I love my P10A2 - SIMPLE useful UI [no blinking modes:)], very bright and good beam [not too throwy]. Tint is good. Good quality for the price.

The other 2AA I recommend often is the Fenix L2D / LD20, but seeing the 1xAA lights you have, the L2D would be closer to what you have already.
