Just got my Jet-1 Pro V3

And coming from the P2D, I am very satisfied with this light so far:thumbsup:

No more bezel turning....but I'll still keep the P2D

The Jet-1 Pro V3 is my favorite EDC light. Are you using it with AA or 14500? The 14500 is much brighter:devil:, but on 100%, it can get toasty ... I find 80% (or whatever the default high is) the best compromise.

I have only had good experiences with BOG.

yeah true, I find it true for all my Jetbeam lights almost uncomfortably hot when ran on max.

I did a runtime test on my Jet-III PRO Ti the other day. I put it in a jar of water (~300 ml), and the water actually was warm (40 degrees? The day was cool ~20 degrees ) after the test in 1.5hrs on max... lol

I've only heard of good accounts regarding BOG as well.
Whenever someone has issues with JB lights, as far as memory goes, they ALWAYS offered help as long as the JB was bought from them. Very proactive, very professional, very encouraging.

+1 for BOG
