dial infolink

"It can be used in a variety of materials from plastics to paints and even printing inks, providing a choice of bright daylight colours, all of which glow in the dark about 10 times brighter than children's glow stars. And it can keep glowing for up to 20 hours after each exposure to a few minutes of light....

According to the inventors many products can benefit from the DualGlo formulation, including torches, mobile phones, compasses and even plastic tubing which is ideal for use over handrails for ships, oil rigs and other structures where their visibility at night is crucial to safety."

10 minutes exposure = 10-20 hours illumination? Sounds like standard Strontium Aluminate glow powder to me. I'm interested to see what it's chemical formula/components really are.
