Has anyone ever used one of these LEDs from Maxlite Technology? If so, how good are they? Anyone know the price of these LEDs?

Not sure if the LED used by this guy is from the same company but it's 100w and it can burn stuff! If a 100w LED can burn stuff, imagine the 300w one! Mebbe it can burn white stuff! (I used a 300w incandescent lamp and it burn black paper easily but not white ones. A 1000w can burn white paper as well the black one. Both lamps are the projector kind using a similar sized incandescent area.)

It's just another one of the big cluster lights similar to DX's 50w panel. Even the top rating is only about 67 lumens/watt comparable to HID and at worst 40 lumens/watt which is not at all efficient. In order to burn you'd need lenses to focus the light to a point. You wouldn't be able to just place it next to a surface and see smoke since the emitting area is so large whereas a hot filament at 300 watts is a very concentrated point.
