I need SF L1 help

I dropped my SF L1 a couple of times and now it doesn't work. I don't know how to troubleshoot the problem. If I try to turn it on, then lightly tap the side the LED flashes. Please help me find out what's broke, and where to get parts to fix it.

I assume you've cleaned all the contacts, tightened things up, and tried a new battery. After that I'd try to determine if the tailswitch was working right.

I found my tail cap to be the source of most of my issues with my L1.

It's possible that the driver unit (can be seen when the head is un screwed, little black plastic piece) has been knocked loose. Check to make sure it is securely in place. And as Flying Turtle said a new battery is always a good place to eliminate trouble causing variables.

This works, SF customer service is great but i don't know about turnaround time.
