Sold/Expired 3D Maglite conversion into LED beast

I've read on several occasions that you can easely convert a Maglite into a 500+lumen flashing beast.

Now, here in Belgium, the parts needed are impossible to find so what I want a some advice on :

-Wich parts to get (lens, LED insert, abttery pack, other...???)
-Were to order and how to install...
