Has anyone know that CREE XR-E P4 still in production ?
My friend told me that CREE still produce P4 in silver base emitter and 4 wires to die but I not sure about it:sick:.
Could u tell me what really is?

This is a better thread for the LED section. That said Cree does not produce specific flux bins because it is impossible with current technology. They make the XR-E and figure out afterward how much light the LED produces. That is when they are binned into P4, Q5, and the like. P4 is a very low flux bin for Cree now(with the XR-E) and the majority produced are probably Q4/Q5 but I am sure that some P4s still come out.
