OLIGHT USA (web site) a harmful site???

I believe there is 2 different web sites with the name Olight USA, the OlightUSA, I believe is the actual company, the other site Olight USA is private company.
I saw this company on Ebay, so I did a google search, and I came up with these 2 companies. The web site that has name Olight USA, that was listed on the google search said "THIS SITE MAY HARM YOUR COMPUTER" So I did not log on, and my first thought was to come here and see if anybody has seen or heard anything about this site.
